Job Description:
- Design engaging gameplay mechanics that fit the genre of the game.
- Assist in level design, game balancing, and player data analysis.
- Participate in brainstorming new gameplay ideas and improving existing features.
- Develop game design documentation (GDD) and collaborate with artists and developers.
- Work remotely with working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of game design theory, balancing, and gameplay mechanics.
- Creative and able to think critically to create enjoyable player experiences.
- Must have a broad gameplay library and deep knowledge of pop culture and contemporary media.
- Familiarity with the Unity game engine is a plus.
- Previous experience in creating games is also a plus.
